We know that finding a student room can be extremely difficult, time-consuming and sometimes very expensive. Actually, that’s how we came up with the CasaSwap concept back in 2004. Since then we have made it easier for people to find a student room, as CasaSwap.com allows students from all over the world to find a student room in a fast and efficient manner:
Students can search the website for a student room and other kinds of student housing and get in direct contact with other members who have housing available for rent (if you’re interested in renting a student room, sign up for free as a “Renter”). Additionally, members can also swap their rooms and housing listings with each other. Of course, it is also possible to sublet available student housing to other members (just choose the “HomeOwner” profile).
